Michigan Public Health Internship Fund
Request for Proposals
The Public Health Practice and Global Engagement Team at Michigan Public Health is pleased to offer internship funding support for School of Public Health students, thanks to the generosity of our donors. Unforeseen expenses and extra costs can quickly get in the way of a successful summer of engaged learning, these awards are available to ease this transition.
SPH Internship Fund: Established on Giving Blue day in 2019, the Michigan Public Health Internship Fund supports students pursuing required internships who encounter funding gaps during the transition from their academic education to public health practice in the real world. This fund was created in large part due to the advocacy of our student organizations, in particular Public Health Students of African Descent (PHSAD).
Segal Family Internship Fund: Supports master's level student internships and experiential learning.
