Advisory Committee on Academic Programs

The Advisory Committee on Academic Programs, also known as ACAP, is a committee structured around ensuring courses, programs, and policies are aligned with the School of Public Health's educational goals.  With faculty members from each department to help guide and support, ACAP represents one step in improving the education we provide for the students of the University of Michigan.

The running ACAP meeting minutes consists of all meeting notes from the calendar year.  On this, you'll find comments on course revisions and approvals, notes on program updates or changes, policy updates and next steps, as well as any upcoming discussion topics that will be sent to the School of Public Health Executive Committee for final approval.

Course Proposal System (CAID)

At the University of Michigan School of Public Health we are dedicated to creating and updating courses to best fit the needs of our students and national public health in the modern day.  The Course Proposal System, better known as CAID, allows certain faculty and staff, to submit proposals for new courses to fill any students needs, or submit proposals to adapt existing courses to better suit public health today.  Please follow the link below to submit a course proposal.  (Access Restricted)
